Fleet is a fleet management and workflow automation application integrated with Google Workspace.
Google user data
Depending on the features used and permissions granted, Fleet may access Google account information and Google Workspace data required to provide its functionality, including data used with Google Chat, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide and operate Fleet features, including fleet-related tasks, vehicle and driver workflows, vehicle handovers, documents and related operational processes.
Data sharing
Fleet does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising. Data is not shared with third parties except when necessary to provide the requested application functionality or when required by law.
Data access and security
Access to fleet information is intended to be limited to authorized users. Access to Google data is governed by the permissions granted by the user and by applicable Google Workspace controls.
Data retention and deletion
Operational data may be retained as needed to provide Fleet functionality and maintain business records. Users may request deletion of personal data associated with Fleet by contacting the developer at the address below, subject to applicable legal or business record-retention requirements.
